Cross-border transfers
Where data leaves the user’s region (for example, LLM inference in the United States), transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR) and lawful-transfer provisions under the DPDP Act 2023. PII is redacted from prompts where feasible. See our Privacy Policy for the AI / LLM disclosure section.
